Description

OBC is PureLink’s “modular” fiber-optics DVI extension cable system with the electronics in separate modules and the cable ends ready for plug and play. It is perfect for custom installations where the wire will be inside the wall. OBC is HDCP compliant, extending high-definition DVI video over fiber-optics up to 330 feet without data loss or signal errors. Copper cables have impedance and inductance characteristics that create data loss beyond 15 feet. If you want all the pixels to arrive at your display, without the tiling and noise artifacts that now occur routinely when viewing HD content, you need to step up to the higher capacity and zero data loss of fiber optics.
