Description of Eye Pattern Test and Diagram
The two critical factors that decide reliability and accuracy of the digital signal are:
The scope image of the 33ft. copper cable’s two crossing lines at the base line are thick and irregular, thus the timing of the data is very hard to determine. The 33ft. fiber optic cable’s two crossing lines at the base line are thin and regularly spaced which translates to reliable and accurate data delivery.
The upper peak and lower peaks of 33ft. copper cable are very close which makes it difficult to interpret data accurately. The upper peak and lower peaks of 33ft. fiber optic cable are clearly separated in both height and width, creating the “eye,” which results in accurate translation of the data.
PureLink by Dtrovision is the most accurate way to move gigabit HD content via HDMI or DVI throughout the home, office, theater, arena, or stadium.
