PureLink's New HDTools™ EZ-S Offers a Fully-Integrated, Passive Optical Cable Assembly for 3G-SDI
RAMSEY, NJ - December 18, 2014 - PureLink's EZ-S 3G-SDI over Fiber Extender offers a simplified video transport system for SDI, HD-SDI, and 3G-SDI, extending video signals up to 1080p over a 1-channel fiber cable assembly.
PureLink's EZ-S features built-in electrical-to-optical conversion technology which extends the transmission distance without the need for additional components and repeaters. The compact balun simplifies installation even further and requires no adjustments, making setup quick and painless.
The EZ-S is designed to transmit multi-rate SDI signals up to 600 meters at 3Gb/s, supporting a single channel SMPTE-424M 3G HD-SDI, SMPTE-292M HD or SMPTE-259M serial digital video signal, over multi mode fiber.
