Once a system has been deployed, the PM Tools Control Software enables full control of PureMedia™ matrix switchers from anywhere at any time. Easily set up, configure, and control your system from a Mac or Windows PC via RS-232 or LAN.
The PM Tools interface fully mimics the touch-screen panel of the PureMedia chassis, providing real-time feedback and critical system diagnostics including:
- System Information – I/O port capacity, communication, security, and channel settings
- Signal Analysis & Monitoring – I/O signal information including EDID, firmware, and resolution
- Create & Save – video/audio switching presets and EDID library management
- Test Patterns– built-in test pattern generator for calibrating video
- Easy Configuration – Ethernet connection settings, I/O device naming, and output resolution scaling
