PureLink Celebrates 3 Years Since the Launch of PureMedia

RAMSEY, NJ - July 25, 2014 - PureLink is proud to celebrate three years since the launch of the PureMedia™ (PM) Series, a visionary line of fully modular, cross-platform matrix routers – the first in its class at the time of its debut in 2011.

PureMedia is the embodiment of breakthrough technology and PureLink’s avant-garde spirit as the pioneer of the modern day HD digital matrix router. With worldwide deployment in the military, operations centers, retail chains, corporate boardrooms, and ocean vessels, PureMedia solutions continue to receive praise and recognition from all sectors in the Pro-AV industry.

Why PureMedia™?

PureMedia solutions were the first to support 4K in 2013, and still offer the largest-scale matrix routing platform on the market with the PM-256X. However, the biggest factor that sets PureMedia apart from the rest is its proven reliability.

In a complex A/V signal distribution network, even the latest, most expensive Ultra-HD/4K displays and sources become obsolete when the most important component – the matrix router – fails to perform as expected.

With the launch of the PureAssurance Program, PureLink has significantly minimized compatibility issues between PureMedia and third-party devices. Through comprehensive testing and qualification procedures, PureAssurance certifies the performance of various sources and displays including TVs, monitors, PCs, cameras, and media players. System compatibility with Apple® devices (namely MacBooks) - which has been one of the biggest and ongoing causes of concern among system integrators and installers – has also been resolved through PureAssurance.

The PureLink Advantage

PureMedia solutions are proven to deliver reliable performance against irregularities commonly found in other distribution systems - from slow switching speeds to image distortion to complete signal loss.

As the head of technical deployment and assurance, PureLink’s Jake Kim interacts with installers and field engineers on a daily basis, receiving direct feedback from the people whose hands run by our products the most. “PM users consistently report the highest level of customer satisfaction,” said Jake. “Our growth is, above all else, the result of PureLink’s hands-on approach to providing comprehensive customer care through our products and support services.”
