The OLC II DVI over Fiber Extension System extends Full HD (1080p) signals up to 6,600 feet over a single-mode and up to 1,650 ft over a multi-mode cable. With PureLink’s unique Auto-EDID feature, a separate DDC connection is no longer necessary, simplifying cable management and ensuring rapid communication between devices. The transmitter and receiver modules are detachable and housed in compact DVI enclosures, allowing the fiber cable to be run through small conduits and other tight spaces. Additionally, fiber transmission offers secure transmission and is immune to outside interference, providing an ideal solution for government, military, and medical applications.
