Connect a compatible USB-C laptop or HDMI source directly at the wall, switch seamlessly between inputs, and extend video, audio, USB, IR, and RS-232 while PoE reduces power cabling and keeps installations clean. Options are available to charge your laptop when connected to the USB-C port on the wall plate encoder.

Built for more than basic point-to-point extension, the VIP-EXT-150-2 can grow into a larger VIP-150 AV over IP system as distribution needs expand. Route sources across multiple displays, create multiview layouts with up to four streams per decoder, build video walls up to 10×10, and scale from a single extension path to large matrix environments. H.264/H.265 encoding keeps bandwidth requirements efficient across 1Gb network infrastructure.
